can i install visual studio 2008 with SQL server?

i have a project created using vs 2005 and sql server 2005, i want to upgrade to vs 2008…is there any problem

    I think their is no problem in changing this case because vs 2008 is updated and a advanced server in comparision of vs 2005 but make sure that your hardware make full fill thier requirements.
