SQL Server Editions

I have SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition and want to use this environment to create a database that can be backed up and restored to an instance of Sql server 2005 Workgroup Edition.
Can this work?

When I export SQL Server 2005 database data into one Access mdb file.My all Varchar data type columns of SQL database converted into the memo type in the Access database mdb file. so what can i Do?

When I setup SQL Server 2005 I had this Problem.
SQL server setup could not connect to the database service for server configuration.These eror was: [Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server]Log in failed for user ’sa’. Refer to server error log and setup log for more information.
