In SQL Server, a user in my domain is able to access a database because they are a member of a particular security group. How can I determine the security group that this user is a member of and therefore is gaining access?

Is there anyway that whenever I create stored procedures or whenever I update some tables in the database…that sql server can automatically generate sql scripts for that on the development server?
So it would be easier when I update the database on the production server?
